What is Icon Pix Lounge?

Icon Pix Lounge is a private event and karaoke venue designed for birthdays, celebrations, networking events, corporate gatherings, game nights, and more. The space features two levels, a mezzanine overlooking the entertainment, a private entrance, private restrooms, a stage, interactive games, a photobooth, multiple photo opportunities, and a refrigerator for your food and beverages.

How many guests can the lounge accommodate?

The lounge is ideal for groups of 30 to 50 guests.

Can I rent the entire lounge?

Yes! Private event reservations include exclusive access to the entire lounge during your reserved time.

What comes with my reservation?

Your reservation includes:

• Exclusive use of the lounge

• Two-level event space

• Private entrance

• Private restrooms

• Stage

• Mezzanine overlooking the entertainment

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes! Outside food and beverages are welcome.

Please note:

• Chafing dishes with open flames or burners are not permitted.

• Please bring any serving utensils, coolers, or ice you may need.

Can I decorate?

Yes! You're welcome to personalize the space for your event.

Please do not use nails, screws, glitter, confetti, or anything that could damage the venue.

Can I arrive early to decorate?

Yes. Early access may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

Is the lounge only for karaoke?

No. The space is perfect for:

Where can guests park?

Icon Pix Lounge is located in downtown Royal Oak. Please allow 30 minutes to find parking as street parking is available at nearby metered spaces. Guests may also park in the public parking structure located just half a block away at 300 S. Center Street, which offers convenient, reasonably priced parking.

How do I reserve a date?

Reservations can be made directly through our website. Your reservation is confirmed once your agreement is signed and your deposit is received.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due one week before your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be canceled up to seven (7) days before your event.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made within seven days of the event remain the responsibility of the reservation holder.

Can I add more guests?

Yes, provided your final guest count does not exceed the venue's maximum capacity.

Yes! Throughout the year we host public events such as:

Weekend dates book quickly, so we recommend reserving your event 2–6 weeks in advance whenever possible.
