Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 3, 2026

At Icon Karaoke Lounge, every reservation is held exclusively for your group. Because we reserve private rooms, staff, and venue space specifically for your event, all bookings are subject to the following Refund Policy.

By making a reservation, purchasing tickets, or booking a private event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

Final Sale Policy

All reservations, private event bookings, deposits, payments, and ticket purchases are final sale.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellations, changes in guest count, late arrivals, or no-shows.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all karaoke rooms and private events.

For private events, full payment is due one (1) week prior to the scheduled event date.

Reservations made within seven (7) days of the event date require payment in full at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations

Guests who need to cancel their reservation should notify Icon Karaoke Lounge as soon as possible.

While refunds are never issued, cancellations made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled event may qualify for a one-time booking credit, at the sole discretion of Icon Karaoke Lounge.

Booking credits:

• Must be used within 30 days of the original reservation date.

• Are valid for one rescheduled reservation only.

• Are non-transferable.

• Have no cash value.

• Are subject to availability.

If a reservation is canceled after full payment has been made, the entire balance from the original reservation will be applied to the new reservation. Any remaining balance due for the rescheduled booking must be paid before the new karaoke date is confirmed.

Reservations canceled fewer than seven (7) days before the scheduled event are not eligible for a booking credit.

 

No-Shows

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation without prior notice will forfeit all payments made.

No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be provided for no-shows.

 

Late Arrivals

Reservation time begins at the scheduled start time.

Late arrivals do not extend the reservation and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or additional time unless purchased and available.

 

Guest Count

Guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy of their reserved room or event space.

No refunds, credits, or price adjustments will be provided for fewer guests than originally reserved.

 

Venue Cancellations

If Icon Karaoke Lounge must cancel a reservation due to circumstances within our control and is unable to accommodate a rescheduled date, guests may receive a refund or another remedy as required by applicable law.
