How many guests are in each room?

Small Room: up to 8 guests

Medium Room: up to 15 guests

Large Room: up to 20 guests

 

When can you arrive?

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time as you will be allowed in your room at your start time.

What form of payments do you accept?

All major credit cards and debit. There will be absolutely no cash accepting. All bookings are made online on our

When is the remaining balance due?

Due to high demand, we kindly request that all balances be settled one week prior to your event. You can expect to receive an invoice via email one week before your scheduled event. For reservations booked within a week of the event date, an invoice will be sent for settlement within 24 hours of booking.

What’s the difference between Host Your Own event and Booking a regular reservation?

Our Host Your Own parties cater exclusively to private events with 30 or more guests. Opting for this option provides acces to our entire building, as opposed to just one room.

Is your studio kid friendly?

We are a family friendly lounge. Every person that books a private karaoke room have access to our photo sets. We reccomend booking the 3-5 slot for kid 12 & younger.

What is your cancellation policy?

All private booking tickets are final sale and they are non-refundable, non transferable, and non reschedulable . Our karaoke rooms are final sale. They are non refundable and and non transferable. In the event that a guest must cancel, we do allow a one time to reschedule their karaoke booking.

How much time do we have to reschedule our karaoke booking?

Once you reservation is canceled, you have 30 days to reschedule your new booking.

Covid Policy:

Icon Pix Studios is no longer offering refunds due to Covid. All sales are final, and you have one time to reschedule your karaoke booking.

How to book additional time?

Our standard sessions are two hours long, except for private events (renting our entire facility), which have a duration of three hours. If you require additional time beyond the standard session, you can request it by calling or emailing us. Each extra hour is priced at $100.​

Can we bring in our own food and drinks? 

In addition to each room being equipped with a stocked mini-fridge, we also allow guests to bring their own drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, as well as finger foods that are easy to clean up. You have the flexibility to bring your preferred beverages and snacks to enjoy during your karaoke session.​

What happens if my booking is canceled due to weather

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or power outages, if Icon Pix Studios cancels your booking, you will receive a karaoke booking credit. This credit allows you to reschedule your booking within 30 days.

 

How many sets do we have?

We have a total of 6 fun, colorful and interactive photo sets inside our karoake lounge.

Are walk-in welcome?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome but spots are subject to availability. All tickets are purchased electronically as we do not accept cash payments.
